There are lots of t-shirt designs for women out there, so many that most times, it is hard to make a choice but how often do you find stylish ones with vintage art illustrations printed on them? Not often! From whimsical prints of the European circus to vintage poster art, famous 20th-century quotes, and fashion icon reproductions images, tees with classic illustrations are beginning to get the attention of tee shirt lovers, especially women. The 1950s vintage swing dresses were very popular daytime wear for women. It was a full-skirted, dress that was stylish but casual. The swing dress was a favourite for daytime parties, resort wear, going-to-the-cinema wear, or holiday fashion. Generally designed with a cinched waist and a full-circle swirling skirt that fell down to the calf, these day dresses sometimes came with matching fabric belts that clasped the small waists of the stylish fifties woman. It may be an item of clothing you regard as ordinary, but the T-shirt has come a long way since the late 1800s when it first evolved from men’s undergarments. It was never visible and served more as the top half of some long john type underpants.
